LiverTracker is a health intelligence platform that allows users to upload lab and imaging reports, track liver health metrics over time, and receive AI-generated insights. The Service is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

LiverTracker does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LiverTracker. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

LiverTracker is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" during this period. Features may change, and we may limit or discontinue access at any time. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiverTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
