LiverTracker tracks all major liver-related markers including ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, total and direct bilirubin, albumin, total protein, INR, PT, platelets, creatinine, sodium, and calculated scores like MELD, MELD-Na, MELD 3.0, and Child-Pugh.
How far back can I see my trends?▾
There's no limit. You can upload reports from years ago and they'll appear on your timeline. Use the "All Time" filter to see your complete history, or narrow it down to 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.
Can I export my trends?▾
Yes. You can export your trend charts and consolidated lab data as a PDF. This is perfect for doctor appointments — bring a printed summary of your liver health history.
How are MELD scores calculated?▾
MELD scores are calculated automatically from your lab values (bilirubin, creatinine, INR, sodium) using the official UNOS formulas. We support MELD, MELD-Na, and the latest MELD 3.0 formula.
Can I manually add values?▾
Yes. If the AI misses a value or you want to add results from an older report, you can manually enter any marker value and it will appear in your trend charts.
